Here you will find just a small selection of the countless ski areas, toboggan runs and winter hikes in the area. So make sure you plan enough time, because the offer is limitless.

Skiing

Our house is located in the middle of the 4 mountains ski area (Reiteralm, Hochwurzen, Planai, Hauser-Kaibling), as well as Rittisberg and the Amadé ski area - so you can enjoy pure skiing pleasure.
With the ski bus - free of charge with the ski ticket
You can start your day's skiing in a relaxed manner with the ski bus. You can reach it from the house in 250 m. The Ramsau ski region is ideal for the little ones or beginners. In just a few minutes by bus you can reach the dragon lifts, a drag lift and a platter lift, for example.
By car
The nearest lift access to the 4 mountains ski area is  in Pichl and can be reached in just a few minutes by car. In 5-10 minutes by car you can also reach all other ski areas such as Reiteralm, Planai & Co.

The entrance to the cross-country ski trail network is 250 m from our house. There is a wide range of cross-country ski trails in Ramsau. The bus also takes you to the cross-country stadium. There is also a rental shop, as well as a cross-country skiing school and refreshment stops.
From leisurely circuits through snow-covered winter forests to challenging routes at the foot of the Dachstein, there is something for everyone. Enjoy the fresh mountain air and the impressive scenery.

The Halseralm can be reached in 45 minutes on a leisurely path, partly along the road, partly through the forest. Enjoy the fresh mountain air and snow-covered landscape. The highlight: flambéed Kaiserschmarren and lots of animals.
The Rösteralm is located just before the Halseralm and offers a cozy hut with homemade specialties and products from its own farm.
The Sonnenalm is approx. 1 hour's walk along the Rittisberg circular trail with magnificent views of the Enns Valley and the Schladminger Tauern. The hut offers homemade delicacies.

Skiing Families appreciate the combined chairlift and gondola. The fairytale trail with fairytale characters along the piste is a delight for children and beginners.

The red and black slopes offer a challenge for advanced skiers. Tobogganing; the fairytale trail is open at night for tobogganing. (please check current opening times)

Ski tour & walk: A leisurely ski tour or walk to the Rittisberg takes about an hour. At the top, a hut invites you to linger.

Toboggan

There is a night toboggan run on the Rittisberg. There is also a rental shop on site.

There is also a Zipfelbob run at the dragon lifts in the immediate vicinity. The Zipfelbobs can be borrowed there free of charge.

For even more tobogganing fun, we also recommend a trip to the Hochwurzen. The 7 km long toboggan run takes you down the mountain at high speed. Night tobogganing is also offered here.
